Ken Hardison is the owner and Publisher of The Law Practice Advisor. He is also the founder and President of PILMMA, the Personal Injury Lawyers Marketing Management Association.

Ken has more than 32 years experience in the legal industry, having sold his mega-firm in North Carolina, Hardison & Cochran, to his partner Ben Cochran, and starting a new Social Security Disability practice, Carolina Disability Lawyers, in Myrtle Beach, SC.

Ken’s expertise means lawyers seek him out for advice, whether it’s for a one-to-one consultation, as a member of PILMMA, or in one of his exclusive Mastermind Groups.

Edward Lake

Edward Lake is owner of Law Practice Advisor. He is also a founding partner of Gacovino, Lake & Associates, P.C., a personal injury law firm located in New York and Persist Communications, a legal marketing, call center and information technology company located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Mr. Lake grew up working in the garment center in New York City. While learning the various aspects of running a clothing manufacturer, he gained the experience and skills that would ultimately pave the way for founding and running one of the largest Mass Tort practices in the country.
